Deploy him in the lower half on a permanent basis will be considered suicide (low marking, positioning & tackling). The most suitable position is winger. Stick on extreme left, his blistering pace would make the opposing full back hesitant to overlap.

Lucky I have a wing back with equivalent pace to catch up with Urby. Using 4-4-2 pair him up with Kevin Constant so Urby will not be so far isolated at the opposition corner flag. Furthermore if Urby needs to be substituted (injury) during game, replace his role with Constant so the left wing is still a threat to the opposition.

Results
Urby tops assist end season chart. His partner in crime Constant follow suit in 3rd place. They dominate the left flank with dribbling & crossing.
